•”Move it or lose it!” exercise class

A gentle and simple Keep Active exercise class for older people (and anyone who wants to come) taught by trained parishioner Susanna May.  You can do the exercises sitting down or standing up and they will help you keep able to do the things you want to do.  And prevent injuries.  And stay independent for longer or maybe get back some independence which you have lost.  And feel better and have a good time.

The class is in the presbytery after Mass on a Tuesdays 10 – 11am, starting 2 December, and there will be tea and coffee afterwards. £5/session.

Open to everybody and anybody; and drop in; but because space is limited please could you let Susanna know if you are interested.
